These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the LUXURIOUS ROYAL SHOOT 2023 event (the “Event”) organized by FAME DILA DOON (“Organizer”). By participating in the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Event Overview
LUXURIOUS ROYAL SHOOT 2023 (hereinafter referred to as “the Event”) is organized by FAME DILA DOON. The Event is a photography and fashion showcase that provides a platform for photographers, models, Makeup artists, Brands, Hairstylers, and designers to collaborate and display their talents.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Event.
2.2 Models, photographers, and Makeup artists, Brands, Hairstylers, and designers must submit their portfolios, Pictures , Recently Work for review and selection by the Event organizers.
2.3 Participants must adhere to the event’s theme and guidelines.
3. Registration and Fees
3.1 Participants must complete the online registration process and pay the required registration fee to confirm their participation.
3.2 Registration fees are non-refundable.
3.3 Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses.
4. Event Schedule
4.1 The Event dates and schedule will be provided by the organizers.
4.2 Participants must arrive on time for all scheduled activities and adhere to the event’s timeline.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully throughout the Event.
5.2 Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in disqualification and removal from the Event.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All participants retain the rights to their original works.
6.2 By participating in the Event, participants grant FAME DILA DOON, Media Partners, FAME DILA DOON TEAM the right to use their images, photographs, Videos, Reels and designs for promotional purposes related to the Event.
6.3 Photography and Recording: Photography and videography are permitted during the Event, but participants should respect the privacy and consent of other attendees. The Organizer may also have official photographers and videographers present.
7. Liability
7.1 FAME DILA DOON and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Event.
7.2 Participants are responsible for their own belongings and equipment.
7.3 Insurance: It is recommended that participants have their own insurance coverage for the duration of the Event.
8. Cancellation
8.1 FAME DILA DOON reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event for any reason. In such cases, registration fees will be refunded.
8.2 Participants may cancel their participation, but registration fees are non-refundable.
9. Privacy
9.1 FAME DILA DOON will collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and for Event-related purposes only.
10. Amendments
10.1 These Terms & Conditions may be amended by FAME DILA DOON at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
11. Governing Law
11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction] and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
Terms & Conditions for Participants – LUXURIOUS Royal Shoot 2023 Event by FAME DILA DOON
1. Mobile Phone Usage Policy:
By participating in the LUXURIOUS Royal Shoot 2023 Event (“the Event”) organized by FAME DILA DOON, you agree to abide by the following mobile phone usage policy:

Participants are strictly prohibited from using their mobile phones during the duration of the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, taking photos, capturing videos, recording audio, making calls, sending text messages, using social media, or engaging in any form of communication using a mobile phone.
3. Exceptions:
In cases of emergency or essential communication, participants may approach event staff to request temporary access to their mobile phones. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and permission will be granted only if it does not disrupt the Event proceedings.
4. Consequences of Violation:
Any participant found in violation of this mobile phone usage policy may face immediate disqualification from the Event and may be asked to leave the premises. FAME DILA DOON reserves the right to take legal action in case of severe breaches.
5. Confidentiality Agreement:
Participants acknowledge that the Event may involve sensitive and confidential information, including but not limited to, unreleased content, fashion designs, and proprietary information related to FAME DILA DOON. Participants agree not to disclose or share any such information without explicit consent.
6. Event Documentation:
FAME DILA DOON will provide official event photographers and videographers to capture the Event. Participants are encouraged to focus on their participation and leave documentation to the professionals.
7. Consent for Use of Images and Footage:
By participating in the Event, participants grant FAME DILA DOON the right to use images and footage of their likeness captured during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
8. Compliance Acknowledgment:
Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these mobile phone usage policies and all other terms and conditions set forth by FAME DILA DOON for the LUXURIOUS Royal Shoot 2023 Event.
